My journey with meditation, yoga and spiritual exploration has unfolded over many years, guided by a deep curiosity about the connection between our inner world, the wisdom of the soul and the extraordinary beauty of the
world around us.
Wellspring grew from a desire to share what has brought so much meaning, joy and transformation to my own life, creating experiences that inspire deeper connection and discovery, while guiding others back to their inner stillness,
truth and radiant essence.
My work weaves together advanced meditation, yoga, Lemurian wisdom, sacred ceremony, sound and energy practices, enriched by years of study, exploration and lived experience. Yet at the heart of everything I offer is something beautifully simple: creating and holding a space where you feel welcomed, supported and free to explore your own experience.
Curaçao, with its ocean, ancient landscapes, luminous skies and powerful natural energy, has become an integral part of this work. It is here that Wellspring Meditations has found its home, while Lemurian Academy allows this journey to reach beyond the island, connecting with those who feel called to explore the deeper wisdom of the soul.
